Operating a utility district isn't just about pipes and meters, HPUD Commissioner Jim Hill has learned, it's about promising quality service and a better community for customers to live in. Hill is excited to be a part of the positive changes happening within HPUD's corporate culture, repositioning the company as a modern-progressive utility district and a good corporate citizen.

Kevin Julian

Secretary

Kevin Julian serves as the Secretary to the Board. The different perspective that he brings to the Board has proven to be very helpful in guiding the District to meet all it's unique challenges. Julian was quoted shortly after his appointment as stating, “I was honored to be asked and I thought I could help our community.”

Having lived here since childhood, Julian has an understanding of the customer base that can offer a unique advantage. His exposure to the community becomes increasingly more involved while balancing his position as Halls High School Football Coach. Julian is committed to being the best not only for his team, but also Hallsdale Powell.

Robert Crye

Treasurer

HPUD’s recently appointed Commissioner, Robert Crye, comes on board with an engineering and construction background. He hopes to use his working experience to upgrade and improve the water and sewer infrastructure to meet current and future capacity requirements and at the same time wants to help provide safe, clean drinking water to HPUD customers.
