At Our Office

In person, at 3745 Cunningham Rd., Knoxville, TN 37918. HPUD offers the convenience of a drive-thru window and a night deposit.  Our office accepts cash, debit/credit cards ( Mastercard or Visa only), checks, money orders, and/or travelers’ checks.  Make checks payable to "Hallsdale-Powell Utility District".  Please do not send cash via mail.

Automated Bank Draft

HPUD does not charge a fee for this service. To sign-up, print the Automatic Bank Draft form, date and sign the form, then bring it by the main office or mail the Bank Draft form along with a voided check to:

If you currently use an online billing service or bank, please allow a minimum of seven business days for your payment to reach our office through the mail.

Online Payments

You can pay by using a credit/debit card (Master Card or Visa) via the internet by signing up for an account.  Customers will be automatically linked to a third party and will be required to pay a processing fee of $2.00.  Hallsdale-Powell Utility District does not keep any portion of these fees. For bills greater than $350.00, please sign up for automatic drafts, or pay by cash, check, money order or travelers check.
