Late Payment Policy
State utility regulations require us to enforce timely bill payments. Any payments made later than the date specified on your bill will be subject to a 10 percent late charge. To avoid possible service interruption, please pay your bill by the date it is due. Returned checks will require a service charge, and the resulting delay in paying your bill may result in disconnection. If we must interrupt service or go to the property to collect because of non-payment or returned check, your account will be charged a service fee.
We cannot be responsible for delays with the postal service, so please allow ample time for your payment to arrive. Even if you fail to receive your monthly bill statement, you are still responsible for payment, so please let us know immediately if your regular monthly bill does not arrive.
