Service Connections

To connect water and wastewater service at your residence or business, or to disconnect existing service with us, call our main office at 922-7547 during normal business hours. Normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Be sure to allow at least one business day of notice to complete your request.

To establish service, you will need to provide a proof of purchase, such as a warranty deed or sales contract. We charge a service/transfer fee for all connecting customers, and a deposit which varies depending on the type of service you require. Renting customers will need to provide proof of a lease agreement with the property owner.
