Water Is Life, and Infrastructure Makes It Happen™ is an education and outreach program of a growing alliance of water and wastewater organizations, businesses, and environmental and public health professionals, dedicated to helping communities envision, build, maintain and improve life-sustaining water and wastewater systems.

Education has proven to be a key component to communicating with the public on really difficult topics such as aging infrastructure and how it relates to rate increases.  Hallsdale Powell has been elected to assist with a nationwide pilot attempting to inform the public about the more serious issues facing our industry and thereby soften the impact of the imminent increases in utility service cost.
