Water Is Life, and Infrastructure Makes It Happen™ is an education and outreach program of a growing alliance of water and wastewater organizations, businesses, and environmental and public health professionals. Education has proven to be a key component to communicating with the public on really difficult topics such as aging infrastructure and how it relates to rate increases.  Hallsdale-Powell has been elected to assist with a nationwide pilot attempting to inform the public about the more serious issues facing our industry and thereby soften the impact of the imminent increases in utility service cost.  For more information about this program and the issues we face, visit:  http://www.waterislife.net
