New Service

Service Connections or Disconnections

To connect water and wastewater service at your residence or business, or to disconnect existing service with us, call our main office at 865-922-7547 during normal business hours. Be sure to allow at least one business day of notice to complete your request.

Homeowners

To establish service, you will need to provide a proof of purchase, such as a warranty deed or sales contract. We charge a service/transaction fee for all connecting customers.

Renters

Renting customers will need to provide proof of a lease agreement with the property owner, and a deposit which varies depending on the type of service you require.
