Renting or Leasing? No Problem!
For renting customers, please provide:
Proof of a lease agreement
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Email Address
Start Date (please allow one business day notice) * A deposit which varies depending on the type of service is required to start service. * All deposits will be applied to the final bill. Any monies left over will be refunded to the customer.
Note: You may also signup for service at the main office at 3745 Cunningham Road, Knoxville, Tennessee 37918 during business hours. Allow 2-3 business days for online signup. An HPUD representative may contact you for setup fees and/or deposits.
