For the past 68 years, Hallsdale-Powell Utility District has been committed to providing quality water and wastewater services to the growing communities we serve. The District runs from North Knox County into Union County and extends into portions of Anderson County. HPUD has more than 1,163 miles of water and wastewater mains buried below the 146 square miles of service area – enough to stretch from Tennessee to the southern-most tip of Key West, Florida. That is a lot of pipe to keep in good working order!
